Payment Terms & Risk Disclosures
Comprehensive disclosure regarding accepted payment protocols, manual blockchain verification, network risks, and price finality.
1. Supported Payment Channels
To ensure speed, international accessibility, and eliminate chargeback fraud, Verified Ad Accounts processes orders through the following verified settlement rails:
- USDT (Tether via TRON TRC-20 Network): Fastest confirmation, minimal gas overhead.
- Bitcoin (BTC Native Network): Primary decentralized ledger settlement.
- Wise Bank Transfer: Direct business-to-business fiat transfers (USD, EUR, GBP).
- Binance Pay: Instant internal transfer using verified Pay ID.
2. Manual Ledger Verification Protocol
Fulfillment of any order is strictly contingent upon actual ledger settlement. Our finance desk verifies all deposits on public blockchain explorers (e.g. TronScan, Mempool) or bank statement reconciliations before triggering asset provisioning.
Screenshots or payment receipts alone do not constitute settled payment. Deliberate submission of falsified transaction hashes or forged receipts will result in immediate blacklisting and order cancellation.
3. Network & Address Accuracy Disclosures
Critical Blockchain Warning
When transferring digital assets, the customer is exclusively responsible for ensuring that the destination address and network match our exact instructions.
- Sending USDT over Ethereum (ERC-20) or Binance Smart Chain (BEP-20) to a TRC-20 address will result in permanent loss of funds that cannot be recovered.
- Verified Ad Accounts cannot be held responsible for funds dispatched to incorrect addresses or incompatible networks.
4. Price Stability & Currency Volatility
All product pricing on VerifiedAdAccounts.com is denominated in United States Dollars (USD). When settling via Bitcoin (BTC), the exact cryptocurrency amount is calculated according to the prevailing spot market exchange rate at the time of order creation. Customers must settle the full USD equivalent within 60 minutes to lock the rate.
